Vic Keller joined Ancor in 2017 and brings deep operational expertise across multiple sectors including automotive, financial services, private equity, manufacturing and distribution, and technology. He is an entrepreneur by nature and has over 20 years of experience in establishing, growing and optimizing both national and international companies. Throughout his career, Vic has built and sold a diverse portfolio of companies. He is the founder of more than ten companies including the ZAK Automotive Companies, which were acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in 2015.
In addition to his entrepreneurial efforts, Vic held a C-level executive position at one of the nation’s largest automotive dealership groups, representing $10 billion in annual revenue and 11,000 employees. His background has provided him the unique chance to be involved in a wide spectrum of leadership roles, from launching start-up companies to orchestrating and developing the structure around a multi-billion-dollar organization.
Vic was named to D Magazine’s Top Entrepreneurs Under 40 list and was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for two consecutive years. He currently serves on a number of boards including the Acts 29 – Global Mission Organization, and several Ancor portfolio companies.
Vic is a Dallas native and a graduate of Texas Tech University. He and his wife, Alesha, reside in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area and have two sons – Cameron, who is attending the University of Texas, and Zach, who plays football at The University of the South. Vic has a passion for the extreme and enjoys flying, cycling, skiing, diving, and taking unique, adventurous trips with his family all over the world.
