Acquired in Q3 2012, Canada-based Uplift Technologies, is a leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of patented seat-assist and light-therapy medical products. Founded in 1993 in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Uplift Technologies operates through Carex Health Brands Canada, a division of Boston-based Carex Health Brands.

Tritrax Healthcare Services

Tritrax Healthcare Services is a regional leader in comprehensive home health care services. Tritrax is an add-on acquisition to CQ Home Health.

Transhield

Transhield develops and engineers high-tech, advanced environmental protective and corrosion inhibiting covers for the protection of boats, vehicles and equipment during storage or transit. The company has expanded its product offering from an original focus on the marine industry to the military and industrial markets. Transhield holds multiple patents which has allowed it to become a recognized leader in the anti-corrosion market.

Tom Cat Bakery, Inc.

Bakewise Brands includes Tom Cat Bakery, which Ancor acquired in 2008. Tom Cat Bakery, founded in 1987, makes fresh and frozen handmade artisan breads and sweets. The Company provides a complete bakery solution to its clients with competitive pricing, a vast product line, and the best customer service of any artisan bakery.

Acquired by Ancor for Fleuron Enterprises, The Finial Company is a leading manufacturer of decorative drapery hardware. Established in 1996, the company produces high-end hardware in wood, resin, and steel that is sold through distributors throughout the United States.

Struckmeyer Corporation

In May 1995, Struckmeyer Corporation was acquired. The Company was a leading manufacturer to OEMs of medical devices including die-cutting, ultrasonic welding, and impulse welding.

Simply Fresh Foods

Simply Fresh Foods produces fresh, all-natural foods for fast-growing segments of the refrigerated products market across a wide range of channels. The Rojo’s brand encompasses innovative salsas and dips, and is the top national label of fresh salsa. The Company’s San Francisco brand covers a line of seafood salads and has been on the market since 1987.

Paris Texas Hardware

Acquired by Ancor for Fleuron Enterprises, Paris Texas Hardware was founded in 1992 as a producer of premium custom decorative drapery hardware. Paris has expanded its product lines into mid-level price points to the design trade and packaged products to the retail channel.

Pacific Device, Inc.

In May 1996, Pacific Device was acquired. The Company provided contract manufacturing services to OEMs of medical devices and specialized in radio frequency (“RF”) and ultrasonic welding, clean-room assembly, and offered the potential for low-cost labor through its Mexican operations.

OpenPoint Inc.

OpenPoint was a distributor and support provider of enterprise applications serving the hospitality and specialty retail markets. OpenPoint provided information systems comprised of hardware and software point-of-sale and operational applications through back office applications that included inventory, labor, and financial management.

Liguria Foods, Inc.

Following an eight-year strategic investment in its growth and expansion, Ancor sold Liguria Foods to CTI Foods, a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners and Goldman Sachs & Co. Liguria is a leading manufacturer of high quality dry sausage and specialty Italian meat products under the Liguria brand and private labels for food service, club store, and retail grocery customers throughout the U.S.

Kendrick Holdings, LLC

Kendrick is a leading value-added wholesale distributor of electrical supplies, primarily serving the commercial, utility and residential markets in the Chicagoland area. The Company distributes products from a number of leading vendors including Siemens, Cutler-Hammer, Southwire, United Copper Industries, and Allied Tube & Conduit.

Horizon Medical, Inc.

In 2002, Avail Medical Products, Inc. acquired Horizon Medical, Inc. Horizon was a leading provider of product design, process development, and turn-key manufacturing services to medical device and medical supply OEMs.

Highpoint Healthcare Distribution, Inc.

Highpoint was one of the largest regional distributors of medical supplies to long-term health care facilities in the Southwest. Through the Company’s direct sales force, Highpoint marketed its products and services directly to individual/small chain nursing homes in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Kansas.

Gould

Acquired by Ancor for Fleuron Enterprises, Gould produces a unique offering of traverse products along with its premium drapery hardware for the design trade through the most recognized brands, including The Finial Company and Paris Texas Hardware.

Fleuron Enterprises, Inc.

Sold to North Carolina-based Rowley Company in 2016, Fleuron Enterprises Inc. was originally founded in 1996 as The Finial Company to provide custom decorative drapery hardware to interior designers. Today, the Company is ideally positioned in the marketplace with The Finial Company, Paris Texas Hardware and Gould New York brands to serve the design trade with a range of product configurations and price points.

Fleischer’s Bagels, Inc.

Bakewise Brands includes Fleischer’s Bagels, which Ancor acquired in 2005. Fleischer’s, founded in 1971, is a leading manufacturer of fresh, refrigerated, and frozen bagels sold to grocery chains and hospitality customers throughout the Eastern United States.

FDS

Acquired by Wellspring in Q4 2015, FDS® is one of the most well-known and trusted brands in feminine care. The brand, established in 1966, offers a wide range of feminine hygiene products in many forms and scents. The brand has a very loyal base and is in broad distribution at most key food, drug and mass retailers, as well as numerous beauty supply stores.

FCA Packaging Products

Ancor sold FCA to Delos Capital in 2015 after a six-year strategic investment in the company’s growth. FCA provides packaging services and solutions for heavy duty industrial applications through plants across the United States. The Company serves many of the world’s leading OEMs manufacturing unique products, including customized skids, crates, and boxes from wood and engineered wood as well as steel and corrugate.

Exhibit Dynamics, Inc.

Exhibit Dynamics operated as a full service, custom designer, and manufacturer of trade show exhibits and related products and services. The Company’s primary lines of business are exhibit sales, show services, modular sales, exhibit rentals, and storage.

Entracare Corp.

A subsidiary of Welcon/Accorde Medical Products, Entracare Corp. made pumps and devices used to feed incapacitated patients in hospitals and nursing homes.

DuvaSawko

Acquired in Q1 2016, DuvaSawko is an emergency physician owned and operated coding, billing, accounts receivable and practice-management company that works with emergency medicine practices across the US.

Detach N’ Go

A subsidiary of Carex Health Brands. Acquired in Q3 2011, the Detach N’ Go Product line consists of an array of unique, patented, Detachable Pill Cases that serve a niche market for people with active life styles. Owned by Carex Health Brands, the Detach N’ Go product line is sold in chain drug stores, independent pharmacies and grocery retailers.

Cyclonics, Inc.

A subsidiary of Exhibit Dynamics, Inc. Cyclonics operated as a full service designer and manufacturer of trade show exhibits and was acquired by Exhibit Dynamics in September 1999.

Carex Health Brands

Carex is the market leader of branded home medical equipment sold directly to the consumer through drug store chains, mass merchants, DME dealers and grocery retailers. In addition, Carex offers one of the broadest product lines in the industry, including pain therapy and medication compliance aids. Carex markets its products under the Carex, Apex, Bed Buddy and Thera-Med brands.

Centrex Precision Plastics, Inc.

In March 1998, Avail Medical Products, Inc. acquired Centrex Precision Plastics. The company was a manufacturer of molded parts for medical device companies. Centrex operated 60 injection-molding machines in three facilities in Pennsylvania and the Carolinas.

Care Options 4 Kids

Care Options 4 Kids is a leading provider of pediatric therapy services in the Texas market. The Company provides speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to children through various payer sources including Medicaid and Medicaid HMO providers.

C&J Wholesale Supply, Inc.

C & J was a distributor of janitorial supplies to schools, local businesses, and long-term care facilities. After acquiring the company, Ancor leveraged relationships with long-term care facilities and began to distribute medical supplies in addition to janitorial supplies.

Bonine

Bonine

A subsidiary of WellSpring Corporation. Acquired by Wellspring in Q3 2014, Bonine is an over-the-counter drug for motion sickness. The addition of BONINE® provides significant scale to Wellspring’s U.S.OTC nausea franchise. Its EMETROL® brand is the #1 pharmacist recommended nausea remedy, and has provided consumers with relief from nausea related to stomach flu and over-indulgence for over 50 years.

Bakewise Brands

Sold in Q3 2016 to Tokyo-based Yamazaki Baking Co., Ltd., Bakewise Brands features a broad mix of fresh, refrigerated and frozen bakery products, including such popular brands as Fleischer’s Bagels, Blue Rooster Breakfast Sandwiches and Tom Cat Bakery Artisan Breads. Fleischer’s Bagels, also based in Macedon, New York, was founded in 1971 and acquired by Ancor in 2005. Tom Cat Bakery, operating in Long Island City, New York, since 1987, was acquired by Ancor in 1987.

Acquired by Wellspring in Q4 2015, bactine® is a highly trusted first-aid antiseptic brand that has been on the market for over 65 years. It has been a favorite for generations, offering pain relief for first-aid injuries, including minor cuts, scrapes and burns, and an antiseptic that kills germs.

Avail Medical Products, Inc.

Avail was an innovative medical device company and was the largest provider of outsourced design, development, and manufacturing solutions for finished disposable medical devices in the U.S. Avail had facilities located in Mexico, Europe and China and was sold in 2007 to Flextronics International.

American Staff Resources, Inc.

American Staff Resources was a successful company in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry. The Company acted as a co-employer of approximately 125 client companies of more than 6,000 worksite employees located in 25 states.
