Ancor Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tritrax Healthcare Services, a regional leader in comprehensive home health care services. Tritrax is an add-on acquisition to Care Quest Home Health, an Ancor portfolio company.
Care Quest provides skilled nursing and therapy services to Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance patients in the home. With the acquisition of Tritrax Healthcare, the combined company becomes a dominant provider of home health care services in Dallas- Fort Worth.
