Ancor is pleased to announce the acquisition of Optional Care, Inc., a leading provider of pediatric therapy services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The company provides speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to children through various payer sources including Medicaid and Medicaid HMO providers and is recognized under the name of Care Options for Kids.
The transaction will serve as an add-on acquisition for Care Quest Home Health, an Ancor portfolio company providing skilled nursing and therapy services to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance patients in the home.
According to Darryl Gabehart, President of Care Quest, “the acquisition of Care Options for Kids significantly strengthens our growing pediatric business and positions us to be one of the premier providers of pediatric therapy services in the North Texas region”.
